PRC-01

Enquiry and diary fit

Email or call with photos of the rooms you want ordered and a short note about who uses the space. We reply with available visit slots and a plain-language fee band before anyone travels to your street.

Projects tied to a renovation handover get priority when carpenters already have a start date.

PRC-02

On-site survey

We measure, photograph, and discuss shopping habits for sixty to ninety minutes. You show us the cupboard nobody opens, the hallway pile, and the kids bag mountain.

If stairs or lifts complicate delivery, those notes go into the install brief immediately.

Spec notes
  • Tape measure, notebook, and clearance photos
  • Delivery path written for upper-floor carcasses
PRC-03

Drawings and fixed fee

Within about ten days you receive elevations, a shelf schedule, and a fixed design fee in euro. Revisions are discussed by call or at the Korenmarkt desk; changes stay focused so carpenters are not flooded with conflicting sheets.

Material samples can be viewed in person when finishes matter to adjoining rooms.

PRC-04

Carpenter coordination and handover

We write a joinery brief your carpenter can price. If you need a referral, we share two or three Ghent trades we trust for pantry carcasses, without taking a cut from their invoice. Site checks during install catch height errors before doors are hung.

After install we walk the system with you, place starter labels, and leave a one-page use map. Full pantry packages include a follow-up within three weeks to nudge shelf pins or swap a label colour that proved hard to read.

Spec notes
  • Further visits billed at the tune-up rate on the pricing page
