Coat depth that still clears the door
Patershol hallways are often little wider than a coat with an arm bent. We design shallow peg rails, bench boxes for shoes, and overhead seasonal shelves so the front door clears without knocking jackets to the floor.
Mirror placement is planned so it does not fight coat depth or the letterbox swing common on Belgian street doors.

HAL-02
Shoe cubbies without a mudroom
Few Ghent flats have a true mudroom. Ventilated cubbies and a wipeable mat zone let wet boots dry without smelling the entire entry.
Guest overflow sits higher; daily pairs stay at seated height so children can reach their own shoes.
HAL-03
Parcel shelf and bicycle notes
Online deliveries land in narrow halls. A slim shelf near the door keeps boxes off the floor until evening. Folding bikes get a wall anchor only where plaster can take the load; otherwise floor stands tuck under the coat rail.
Stair winders are measured before any freestanding unit is recommended for upper floors.

Single-floor entry package
Includes survey, elevation, hardware list, and install notes for your carpenter or handyperson. Design fees typically run EUR 520 to 1,100 for one floor.
Multi-level townhouses with basement bike storage are quoted after the visit once delivery paths are clear.
